Shipping policy
Shipping Information:
Orders placed Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Wednesday. We reserve the right to request signature delivery on any order. Our store is located in Thief River Falls, Minnesota and transit time varies based on destination.
To reduce our carbon footprint, we reuse boxes and other packing material as much as we are able to. This may mean you get a box that is a little more beat up, has stickers, extra tape, or that the packing inside has been pre-wrinkled from a previous shipment. Every order is packed with the product safety and delivery in mind.
Shipping Companies:
We utilize USPS, FedEx, and UPS as our shipping carriers to the 48 contiguous United States or United States Military addresses (APOs & FPOs) only.
Transit Times:
Times vary based on destination and shipping method chosen. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guaranteed dates of delivery.
Tracking Information:
Shipping confirmation is emailed when the shipping label is printed and is not the exact date the package is shipped. Tracking numbers will be available within 24 hours from the time of shipment. Account holders can view their tracking number from the customer account page or through the link in the email.
Free Local Pickup/Flat Rate Shipping:
We offer Free Local Pickup at our store or curbside. Once your order is ready for Pickup, we will notify you via email.
Some items are restricted or unavailable for shipping due to size/weight, local demand, or Federal laws. These items will only be available for Local Pickup as an option.
Other heavier or large items or orders may be charged an additional fee.
Shipping Cost Quotes:
Our shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order as well as the destination location. To get a real-time shipping quote, please put the item(s) in your cart and proceed to check-out. After entering the country and postal code on the cart page, all the shipping options and associated costs will appear.
Should we find that we can ship the item to get to you faster for the same cost, we will make every effort to do so. Should you not wish us to do so, or not use a specific shipping company, please add that to your order notes or send us a message at Contact@ChimeraHG.com.
